How big are your plants, e.g. what's a 2 year size look like?: Every variety is different. We offer a wide selection of rhododendron varieties, all of which vary in maximum height as well as the actual size when shipped. We have examples of 1, 2, 3, 4 year sizes but remember, some varieties are natually larger/smaller than these examples. [Top of Page]
When do you ship plants?: We ship almost anytime of year. However, we rarely ship plants in December, January and July. More importantly, you have the option to choose your shipping date and if there are climate concerns, we'll notify you if we foresee a problem. [Top of Page]

Do the plants have labels included with them?: Yes, all our plants come with aluminum tags which last for many years and are attached to plants when they arrive to you. [Top of Page]
Do you provide Planting Instructions?: Yes, included in your order are simple, easy to understand planting instructions, designed to be read by people who may not know how to care for a Rhododendron. Our Web site has a section on planting too. [Top of Page]
Do you offer wholesale orders?: Yes. However, our order process automatically discounts orders based on the quantity ordered, effectively generating a wholesale discount. If you would like to inquire about custom propagation or other wholesale questions, please contact us. [Top of Page]
How long does it take to actually receive an order?: We are located just outside of Portland Oregon. If you are located in Portland Maine, and you placed an order with us on Monday night, choosing 3-day select shipping method with an ASAP shipping date, you would have the plants by Friday.
